Hey there—I’m Ray. I’m a designer living in Galway on the west coast of Ireland. Every print I make starts with a real moment that made me pause: a photograph that caught something quietly powerful. That moment stays with me, and eventually turns into a piece of art filled with light, movement, and memory. Maybe it’s the calm of a harbour at dusk, or that warm, golden light that dances through wild meadows. My hope is that each print brings a little bit of soul and atmosphere into your home. Every piece is rooted in the land I live in and love. They make great gifts, meaningful additions to your space, or little reminders of your holiday to Galway and Connemara.

  • Prices are listed in EUR and include framing. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. You will receive confirmation and tracking details via email.
  • You may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in original condition. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

Shipping & Returns Policy

We take great care in packaging our Framed Art Prints to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your item is damaged during transit, we’re here to make it right. 

Orders are shipped via An Post. Delivery times vary by location.

 

If your Framed Art Print arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us Within 7 Days: Email us at redlanestudiogalway@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage.

  • Include Photos: Please provide clear images of the damaged item, the packaging, and the shipping label.

  • Resolution Options: Once we verify the damage, we’ll offer you one of the following:

    • A replacement of the same item at no extra cost

    • A full refund including shipping costs

    • You do not need to return the damaged item unless we specifically request it.

    • If a return is required, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label.

    • Claims made after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

    • Damage caused after delivery is not covered under this policy.
